About Me
Welcome! My name is Danielle Strouse, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and founder of Quiet Corner Counseling.
I'm also a mom, and I understand the overwhelm that can come with the realities of new motherhood. When I'm not chasing my toddler, you can usually find me enjoying a good book, getting out into nature, or planning my next trip. I also enjoy studying Spanish and Italian and have been lucky to call Guatemala and Italy home.
As a therapist, I work primarily with new moms navigating postpartum anxiety, as well as young women stepping into adulthood and the anxiety that can come with that transition.
I specialize in helping women find their way back to themselves.
No matter the phase of life, the women I work with tend to have some things in common: an inner voice that pushes perfectionism and a nagging fear of not being “good enough.”
If you feel overwhelmed, stuck in your own head, or constantly battling the “shoulds” of life, you are in the right place. Together, we’ll work to make your life feel meaningful and manageable, even when things are messy.
